Prostate Health: Your Diet Matters? (BPH-2024)
Is it possible that your diet could be leading to BPH (enlargement of the prostate) and all the symptoms that go with it? Why yes, yes it is. By eating a proper human diet you can prevent prostate problems in the future, or begin to reverse existing problems.
The prostate gland is very hormone-sensitive, and one of the hormones which can affect it is insulin. Eating the wrong diet and have a negative effect on your insulin level, which can cause problems with the prostate. This information is not taught in school, or known by most doctors, but could really impact your life.
Enlarged prostate symptoms include trouble urinating, frequent night-time urination, urinary blockage, and impotence. These symptoms can be prevented or improved by fixing your diet. I’m sharing this info with you because you need it, you can share it with others if you like.
